About Chris Jones

Founder of SCALE Blueprint

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Chris Jones is passionate about transforming how small businesses operate and grow. His journey began in sales, where he became one of the youngest business managers in a leading automotive group. Later, he honed his expertise by supporting SMEs during his decade-long tenure at Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, where he built a vast network of business leaders and completed the Future CEOs programme at Manchester University.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Chris has successfully scaled and systemised businesses, including founding a consultancy that navigated the challenges of the COVID era, innovated its operations, and ultimately achieved a successful acquisition. His real-world experience of helping a struggling business secure £67,000 in R&D tax relief, saving it from liquidation, underscores his hands-on approach to business problem-solving. Over the past seven years, Chris’s clients have collectively received over £70 million in tax relief, a testament to his expertise in delivering impactful results.
